All item(s) are shipped US Postal Service, or UPS Ground. Paid orders are sent within 5 business days of the purchase date.
International purchasers are responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes that may be required upon receipt. A separate transaction may be required, prior to the item(s) being sent, based on the Shipping amount charged for the item(s) purchased.

Returns & Exchanges:
All items are made by hand. Surface variations created by the woodfiring process are unique to each piece. All products have been thoroughly examined to function and/or display as intended.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receipt. If applicable, the Purchaser is responsible for any return shipping costs.
If an item is received in damaged condition, a replacement item can be sent of equal value, and similar style. Depending on the value of the piece, the damaged item may be required to be returned, which will be determined by the artist upon notification.
